Mrs. Jennifer Clowers
Jennifer Clowers is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Her professional preparation includes earning a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Florida A&M University, a Master of Arts in instruction from Central Michigan University, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Mercer University. She is entering her seventeenth year in education and has served in the roles of a classroom teacher and an Instructional Coach in DeKalb County School District and Atlanta Public Schools. She has served in the role of Assistant Principal at Partee Elementary School for two years and continues to look forward to building partnerships necessary to support the students in achieving their highest levels academically, emotionally, and socially.

Mrs. Aquanda Barber
Mrs. Aquanda Barber was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. In 2005, she started her journey by serving, encouraging, and teaching future generations in Houston County Schools. Mrs. Barber moved to GA in 2006 to continue her education quest at Gwinnett County Public Schools. She has served in the Berkmar, Discovery, and Shiloh Clusters as a Special Educator, Department Lead, Mentor Teacher, and Instructional Coach.
Her higher educational path started at Alabama State University, where she earned a B.A. in Collaborative Learning and Adaptive Curriculum. She has a Master's in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. Mrs. Barber has received numerous endorsements and certifications in Elementary Education, General Education Curriculum, Reading, Instructional Coaching, and Aspiring Leadership. As a lifelong learner, she is continuing her education in leadership.
As a member of the Partee family since 2016, she is committed to focusing on collaboration for continuous improvement, utilizing best practices to guide teachers, students, and parents to reach their highest potential. She believes that with the help of our community, staff, and parents, our students will continue to "SHINE!"

Mrs. Reynell Barnes
Mrs. Reynell L. Barnes is a native of McComb, Mississippi. She moved to GA with her husband in 2004 and worked as a DFCS Case Manager providing the elderly and disabled with Medicaid and Food Stamp assistance. She began her career in education in 2007 as an elementary school teacher in Gwinnett County Public Schools. After teaching in the classroom for 9 years, Mrs. Barnes began supporting teachers in the role of an Instructional Coach which began her path towards leadership. In 2018, she became an Assistant Principal at Partee Elementary School in Gwinnett County. Mrs. Barnes earned a bachelor’s degree from Alcorn State University in Industrial Technology, a master’s degree from Mercer University in Elementary Education, and completed certification in Educational Leadership from the University of West GA. Mrs. Barnes, her husband and two children, are all proud members of the GCPS family. She takes great pride in serving the students of the Shiloh community, and seeing them fulfill the “Promise of Gwinnett."

Mr. Branddon Benson
Mr. Branddon Benson is a native of Greenville, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from North Greenville University, and a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Furman University. Mr. Benson has been dedicated to public education since 2008 and previously served the community of Greenville County School District, where he began his career in the classroom as a teacher for 3rd and 5th grade, as well as an inclusion teacher. After teaching for six years, he began his administrative journey by serving the community of Spartanburg County School District Five as an Assistant Principal for five years. In 2019, Mr. Benson began a new chapter in his professional career by moving to Georgia and joining Gwinnett County Public Schools. He is elated to use his skills as an educational leader at Partee Elementary and work as a partner in education to serve all of our students in the Shiloh Cluster.
