RETURNING STUDENTS

If your child is currently a student at Starling Elementary, you DO NOT need to register for the 2024-2025 school year. Be on the lookout for an email this summer with back-to-school information. 

NEW to Starling 2024-2025 

Please complete online registration here, including uploading all documents. Ensure you choose 2024-2025 for the school year. After completing online registration, go to www.ptcfast.com/parentlogin.php to make an appointment. At that link, you will be asked for your Entry Code, where you should enter UZ91478646 

Once your student is enrolled, use the 9-digit student ID to create a free account at MyPaymentsPlus (used to pay for meals, field trips, and other school items).

Residency Affidavit

A residency affidavit is required when a student's family is residing in the home or apartment of another individual. Students who live with their parents or legal guardians, but reside in the home of another adult, and are seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, must complete a Residency Affidavit form and turn it in to your school upon registration. The individual with whom the student's parents/guardian is residing must accompany the parent to the school to provide identification, and proof of residency. Residency affidavits should be renewed by families each school year. The documents below are required. Click here for a Residency Affidavit 

• A notarized Residency Affidavit signed by the individual with whom the student's parent/guardian is residing verifying that enrolling parent/guardian is residing in that home or apartment. When the residence is an apartment of someone else, the affidavit must also be witnessed by apartment manager, and
• Proof of residency documents for that individual with whom parent/guardian is residing (See Proof of Residency as stated previously).

Kinship Caregiver Affidavit

Students who live with a Kinship Caregiver (a grandparent, great grandparent, aunt, uncle, great uncle, cousin, sibling, or fictive kin) and are seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, must complete a Kinship Caregiver Affidavit form and turn it in to your school upon registration.
