• Broadcast/Media Center Team

    Fifth grade students are selected to produce and run the daily morning Eagle Show for the school. Five to six students are chosen every nine weeks. Students also assist the media center with daily book pick-ups from classrooms, delivering resources to teachers, and reshelving books.

  • Girl Scout Troop 23208

    Purpose: As Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together. Girls grow courageous and strong through a wide variety of enriching experiences, such as field trips, skill-building sports clinics, community service projects, cultural exchanges, and environmental stewardship.
    Girl Scouts help girls develop their full individual potential; relate to others with increasing understanding, skill, and respect; develop values to guide their actions and provide the foundation for sound decision-making; and contribute to the improvement of society through their abilities, leadership skills, and cooperation with others.
    Eligibility: Girls in 2nd - 5th Grade

  • Girls on the Run

    Purpose: Girls on the Run inspires girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting.  Twice per week for 10 weeks, girls will have fun, make friends, increase their physical activity levels and learn important life skills. Trained and caring coaches lead 3rd - 5th-grade girls through interactive lessons and movement activities. The season ends with a celebratory 5K event.

  • P.E. Club

    Title of club: Physical Education Club

    Purpose: To meet after school to practice our P.E. Skills and play various sports. At Rock Springs Elementary we love to be physically active!

  • Readers Rally

    Students read ten books chosen by the county and compete against other elementary schools to answer comprehension questions in a quiz bowl style. 

    Competition is February but practice and preparation will occur all year.

  • Salute to Service

    Salute to Service

    A club to honor the service of Veterans and active service members in our community through preparations for a Veterans Day Program, which will take place on Friday, November 10th at 8:30 AM.

    Purpose: Learn about Veterans and prepare a performance for veterans in our community.
    Eligibility: 2-5
    Meeting days: Wed 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

  • Student Council

    Purpose:

    Student Council is a leadership and service program at Rock Springs. Members are chosen by votes from peers to represent their class on the council.  Student council members support and participate in service projects in and around the school. Our goal is to make the school a better, more welcoming place!
