• We are Safe.
    We are On-task.
    We are Accountable.
    We are Respectful.

As part of our PBIS process, teachers and other staff members use the discipline data we accumulate to develop evidence-based practices to increase student learning and decrease classroom disruptions. We have incentives to encourage students to adopt the expectations in a positive manner.  We look forward to sharing more with you and your student for the 2019-2020 school year.

    • What is PBIS?

PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions Support) is a framework that will give Magill Elementary School unified school expectations. Similar to the Magill Elementary School Handbook, these rules will define our expectations for behavior in our school. You will see these expectations posted throughout the school and your child will be learning them during his or her first days at school. Our unified school expectations are found in every classroom and non-classroom setting.

      • Mission Statement

The PBIS Team and Magill ES will work directly to impact student achievement by improving the school climate, fostering positive relationships, and serving as role models for all stakeholders.
