PERSONAL vs. PRIVATE Information
It is in our nature to want to ‘share’ or connect online. We must understand how to make smart choices about what we share online. Private information should NEVER be shared online (Name, Address, Birthday). Personal information (for my favorite color, my dog’s name) should only be shared with people we know.
