Transportation Information for 2024-2025 School Year

Reminder if you have not filled out a Transportation Parent Authorization form:

To prepare for your child’s transportation needs for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete the transportation form linked below. Every student returning to Fort Daniel Elementary School next year will need a completed transportation form. This form should only be filled out ONCE per student. There is a “submit” button at the top of the document. If the button does not seem to work, please email the completed form to susan.fuld@gcpsk12.org.
