By now, I'm sure you've heard about the fun we've had with Stan Tucker this week! He spent the last two days inspiring our Ivy Creek students to be kind, respectful, and loving. It was truly special for all of us! Thank you to Ivy Creek PTA for making this visit possible!

If your child would like to participate in one of the activities he spoke about during his visit, please see additional information below!

Young Writers Challenge - Students may order a Share Your Story kit ($35) to be shipped to their homes. The children will write and submit their own books to enter them in the Young Writers Challenge by Friday, February 21, 2025. Contest winners will be selected to have their books professionally illustrated and published! These winners will also be invited to a special celebration in May. Specific directions for submitting a book are in the kit. Use code FriendsOfStan to save 15%.

Very Airy Library Secret Mission Kit ($10) - Students may order a reading mission kit to track their reading. The kits will be shipped to their homes. Students who complete the challenge have an opportunity to attend an Open House at the Very Airy Library! Use code FriendsOfStan to save 15%.

Purchase Books for Autographing ($12) - Visit MyPaymentsPlus to place your order and indicate how you would like your book(s) personalized. (They are located in Events and Activities.) Orders must be submitted by Tuesday, January 28th. Stan will autograph the books and bring them to Ivy Creek in early February!
