The GCPS Caring Award aims to honor two outstanding students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels who have gone above and beyond in embodying the values of empathy, kindness, community engagement and leadership. We believe in acknowledging and celebrating the positive impact that our students make in the lives of those around them. There will be two district winners for 5th grade, 8th grade, and 12th grade. 

 

Please complete the following for yourself or your nominee for the 2024-2025 FFMS Caring Award.  A student that goes above and beyond and embodies the values of empathy, kindness, and community engagement. We encourage you to include detailed examples of the activities the student is doing.   

 

Nominees/Applicants must be an 8th grader at FFMS during the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

Judging of nominations and applications will take place October 7th - 15th for the local school FFMS Caring Award winner. The winner of the FFMS Caring Award will be announced on Friday, October 18th and will move on the district level Gwinnett County Public Schools Caring Award judging.
