Flex Friday at Paul Duke STEM is a time for students to use their time flexibly to complete assignments, work on projects, and get extra help from their teachers. Each Friday is either a Gold day or a Blue day. The color of the day tells you which courses you’ll have assignments in:

• Gold:  Math, CTE, Fine Arts, World Language
• Blue:  Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Health/PE

If a student doesn't take a class in one of those areas, s/he will have fewer assignments that week, but that means s/he may have more assignments the next week.

If students choose to come to campus, they should go to their Advisement teacher at 7:00 where they will sign up for where they want to spend their day. Teachers have tutoring blocks where they’ll be available to answer questions or give additional help.
