As a Gwinnett County Schools employee, I have garnered extensive experience in various roles within the district, from teacher to local school and district level support personnel. My career spans over two decades, with 20 years serving Gwinnett County Public Schools. I hold an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership P-12, alongside a Master's in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Varying Exceptionalities. As a Shiloh Middle School Assistant Principal, I am committed to supporting teachers and students and promoting their success in and out of the classroom.

Dr. Beverly Johnson
Assistant Principal
Dr. Beverly Johnson has been an Educator for 17 years. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Dr. Johnson graduated from North Carolina A&T State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. She later received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Doctorate Degree(Ed.D) Dr. Johnson is married to her college sweetheart, and they have one son. In her spare time, Dr. Johnson enjoys traveling (especially near an ocean), running, reading, dancing, serving the community, going to her son’s basketball and baseball games and spending quality time with her friends and family. Dr. Johnson is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Junior League of Gwinnett North Fulton, and The Atlanta Track Club.

Work experience:
I have been in education for 18 years now, and 16.5 of those years were in the classroom. As a teacher, I taught English (grades 9-11), ESOL (grades 9 & 11), Special Education (grades 9-11), and gifted. I have also been an assistant principal for over a year here at Shiloh Middle School. I have supervised the Special Education department, 6th grade, and I am responsible for scheduling here at Shiloh Middle School.
Philosophy
As a longtime educator, I work hard to help all students succeed at high levels. I strive to create strong bonds with my students that I support in order to help them in anyway that I can. I am always available to my students, and I am always visible in the hallways and in classes.

Dr. Aisha Moore-Webb
Assistant Principal
Dr. Aisha Moore-Webb. Dr. Moore-Webb has been an educator for 22 years, when she began her career as a literature teacher. Throughout her career she has worked in many positions, from classroom educator to school administration. Additionally, she worked as a reader for the College Board’s Advanced Placement Literature Assessment. Dr. Moore-Webb received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching from Hampton University. She holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southwestern University, where she received the Distinguished Dissertation Award. She currently holds multiple teaching and leadership certifications with the GaPSC.
Dr. Moore-Webb believes that the pursuit of education is a lifelong endeavor. Our job as educators is to inspire young people to be forever in search of knowledge and know that nothing is beyond their grasp as long as they are willing to do the work. Work can be challenging, but the benefits outweigh the sacrifice. In addition to her role as an educator, she loves and cherishes being a wife and mother to two beautiful children.

This is my 25th year in education. I attended Hofstra University for my undergraduate degree (Majors-Spanish, Math, Political Science) and received my Master's and Ed Specialist at LSU (Mathematics, Education and Educational Technology.
